Phantasy Star Generation: 1 (Playstation 2)

Developed by 3D Ages and released in 28/03/2003 on the Playstation 2 only in Japan, Phantasy Star Generation: 1 is nothing more than a remake of the first Phantasy Star (originally for the Master System). It has updated visuals, newly arranged soundtrack, and an expanded script with many more dialogues and scenes all around the adventure.
The mazes are still in first-person.
At first the game would have a different visual style with more cartoon-ish characters.
But after some complaints from the fans, the style was changed to something a bit more serious.
